Please note we keep all personal information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. The information is stored on a secured server and is only used to process orders from enRICH KIDS™. This information will not be released to anyone other than necessary to fulfill your order. We do not rent or sell your name, address or personal information to any third party without your permission. Your credit card information is not stored on our internet servers or anywhere on our site. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.
We comply with the Trade Practices Act 1974, state based Fair Trading Acts and Sale of Goods Acts, the Consumer Credit Code, the Electronic Transactions Act 1999, the Information Privacy Principles set out in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988; and the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.

| • RETURNS POLICY |
enRICH KIDS™ products purchased via this website may be returned if the stock is faulty providing you contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods either by email to info@enrichkids.com.au or in writing to PO Box 3073, Unley SA 5061. Please return the damaged stock within 28 days of receipt to PO Box 3073, Unley SA 5061. We will refund the purchase price in full or replace the stock.

| • DELIVERY |
Delivery in Australia is by Australia Post. Items in stock will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of payment where the stock is not available you will be notified of this by enRICH KIDS™ as soon as possible. Delivery takes between 1 and 14 working days, Australia wide.
No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
Please note there may be occasional delivery delays due to issues beyond our control, however, these are rare and you will be advised of any anticipated delays.
If ordering outside Australia, please contact us by email for additional postage costs to be included with payment.
